The bride has the following conditions: her husband should take her to Mashhad and pay the costs and it is also his duty to pay for her burial in Mashhad.

Haj ‘Alimuhammad the merchant from Milan has undertaken to pay the mahr for Khadijah Khanum, the daughter of Sayyid ‘Ali, in case her husband, Haj Ahmad Aqa the merchant from Khuy, is unable to pay it within three months of this document, whether in Khuy, Tehran, or Mashhad.
